I really loved this episode. I thought it would be interesting, seeing everything from Wilson's POV, and it really was.

My favourite thing was getting outside the crazy House world to the relative normality of Wilson's world; seeing things from his perspective, in comparison to the way he works, House looks, or did for the first half of the episode, like a complete jerk, and his team ridiculous. It was funny, though, with the show almost poking fun at itself (moments like the patient being rushed past on a trolley with a rushed explanation from Taub).

As you see Wilson delve more into what House's feeling, though, you can see how much of a jerk he really isn't, which I think provides an insightful explanation into why they're friends.

I loved the Wilson owning Cuddy subplot; she did hurt him, and she deserved what she got. The way House and Cuddy's whole "thing" has turned into such a soap drama is amusing, but I feel sometimes the writers will have to work hard to pull off a non-soap drama climax.
